Rick began working with a wood lathe in 2003, experimenting with all manner of tools, techniques, styles, and designs for the next decade and a half.  At some point he realized he was spending less time on the lathe than off the lathe, and he still calls himself a woodturner.   Tonight's demo will show some of his techniques for embellishing wood turnings.  See https://www.rickurbanwoodturner.com/ for more of his work
